I thought it was about time to make Ritz cracker chicken strips again. The salad made it look less sad to me.
I believe this cut was actually called chicken steak and that's how I remembered I had never made a second attempt at cooking chicken fried steak. The second time was easier.
My mom wanted me to be sure I understood what a brat I was for not mailing a card to my dad in time for it to arrive on his birthday. Then I waited until two days before Father's Day to bake pecan sandies and mail them. Oh well.

I love Pathmark's produce section. I think I tend to over buy there... Hence, mixing fresh orange peppers, cucumbers and broccoli before it all goes bad.

This is me completely phoning it in. The beef was really good. The Ramen noodles, not so much.
I like dinners I can make without really thinking, like this grilled chicken topped with Mrs. Dash and served over a bed of farfelle and mixed frozen veggies.
