By special request, I turned the week's chicken into "Little Strips of Goodness." Forgetting that I run out of breading three-quarters of the way through, I started double-coating the first few pieces. So, as in December, there were some place strips. But that was fine--Scrappy wasn't about to complain about the lack of thyme on her chicken.
