No, it's not Star Wars. It's pernil. I thought I would take a picture before it became completely blackened.
A gigantic pork shoulder with the skin on does not look that appetizing. But give it enough time and it's delish! ("Enough time" for this particular shoulder was about 12 hours at 250 degrees.)
