Salmon Burgers

It feels like it's been a year since I last made these. I didn't know where the recipe was, but I was pretty sure I could wing it. That wasn't the best of plans.
"Are you sure you want all that work?" LV asked. The first two times I made these, I was very meticulous in the way I removed all the little pieces of bone from the fish. And the patties held their shape. These became almost like tuna salad sandwiches. But considering how long it's been and how little fish we have around here, they were good.

Fish Sticks & Lentils

All these weeks later, we still have plenty of fish sticks and chicken nuggets left in the refrigerator. We also have a bag of lentils that I haven't opened in almost a year. I decided to crack that open and cook it up with some rice. LV requested we never eat lentils again. (He hates beans...) I ate them for lunch. I even tried to make lentil burgers at one point (I was thinking of black bean burgers) with the rest of the bag.

Fish Sticks

I found the lemon-garlic fish sticks in the freezer that I bought a few months back. When I opened the package, I thought they looked really gross. But I tried to make it work. It all tasted better than it looks.
